I was ready to get out in the county and I splurged on a Green Discovery bike tour. Being a good little Eco-tourist, I wanted my kip to stay in the right hands, like the villagers.

Three of us and our guide, Pongsak, set out to pedal around the Nam Tha valley on surprisingly nice Trek mountain bikes.
